What is the Signal Group portal used for?

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, samples can be requested through your account manager. In some cases, charges may apply.

Who can use the portal?

The Signal Group portal is designed for registered business customers.

You will need to create an account to use and order from the portal.

What types of products can I order?

Signal Group provides a diverse assortment of promotional products, such as apparel, headwear, drinkware, lanyards, coolers, personalised name badges, awards, trophies, and signage.

Our customer support team will set you up with an account to access your online shop. Once your account is activated, log in, review and select your products.

Can I customise products with our company logo?

Yes, all products can be customised with your branding. Please get in touch with your account manager or email our team to add additional products to your portal.

I can’t find my corporate font, how do I add?

Reach out to our team [sales@thesignalgroup.com.au] who can assist with adding your font, or any queries re fonts, layout and design.

Can I see a preview of my badge/s before they are printed?

Yes, our badge previewer will display badges to review, edit or change prior to finalising your order.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No, orders of any quantity can be placed in the portal.

How long will my order take?

For products not stored at our warehouse, production timelines typically range from 5–15 business days, depending on product type and customisation. Shipping time is additional.

Can I reorder previous items?

Absolutely. Log in to your account and view your order history. Select the item you want to reorder and adjust quantities as needed.

What if I need help with artwork or product selection?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, if you use a trackable shipping service, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your orders from your dashboard under “My Orders.”

What is your return or cancellation policy?

Customised products are non-returnable. Orders may be cancelled before production.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods include credit cards and EFT (via monthly Invoice).

Can I choose my own courier?

We use our panel of couriers; however, for large orders, it may be beneficial to use your own courier. In this scenario, select the Pickup option at checkout and organise for your courier to collect from 10 Millennium Circuit, Helensvale, QLD 4212.

Note, if you use your own courier, you are responsible for managing the delivery process.

What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged when being delivered?

Is my delivery insured?

This depends on the shipping service selected – please reach out to your account manager to discuss rates with insurance.
