I can’t find my corporate font, how do I add?

Can I see a preview of my badge/s before they are printed?

Yes, our badge previewer will display badges to review, edit or change prior to finalising your order.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No, orders of any quantity can be placed in the portal.

How long will my order take?

For products not stored at our warehouse, production timelines typically range from 5–15 business days, depending on product type and customisation. Shipping time is additional.

Can I reorder previous items?

Absolutely. Log in to your account and view your order history. Select the item you want to reorder and adjust quantities as needed.

Can I choose my own courier?

We use our panel of couriers; however, for large orders, it may be beneficial to use your own courier. In this scenario, select the Pickup option at checkout and organise for your courier to collect from 10 Millennium Circuit, Helensvale, QLD 4212.

Note, if you use your own courier, you are responsible for managing the delivery process.

What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged when being delivered?
